2023 – 2024 MDDS Bylaws Changes

Changes to the MDDS bylaws are proposed for a member vote. Current and revised versions are posted at mddsdentist.com in the About section.

These changes make the document gender-neutral and allow for ballot notifications to be sent electronically only except in instances where a change to the Constitution is proposed. In these cases, both a mailed piece and an electronic notification will be sent to all members.

Subsequently, the Bylaws Committee and the MDDS Board of Directors have approved the proposed changes.

We welcome any comments or questions.
