SUMMARY:HANDS-ON Data to Decisions: Saliva & Glucose-Guided Treatment Planning
DESCRIPTION:Presented by Ms. Lora Hooper\, BSDH\, RDH\, EFDA \nStop treating symptoms. Start treating the source with the right product\, at the right time\, for the right patient.  \nMost clinicians can read a saliva report\, but far fewer know how to integrate that data with metabolic glucose insight to guide treatment decisions.  \nThis immersive\, participatory course bridges the gap between information and implementation. You will experience how saliva diagnostics and continuous glucose monitoring (CGM) work together to uncover inflammatory drivers\, reduce relapse and protect long-term outcomes. You also will learn when to deploy antimicrobials versus probiotics\, how to match technologies and products to specific risk profiles\, and when to retest for measurable success. \nParticipants will receive a saliva test\, a glucose monitor\, and hands-on exposure to a variety of treatment protocols. \nRegister early so your saliva test can be completed and analyzed before the course\, allowing you to fully engage with the data and get the most out of the hands-on experience. \nCourse materials and equipment provided by BIOLASE\, Dexcom\, ImpetusDX\, ProBiora Health and SuperMouth \nObjectives: \n\nIntegrate saliva diagnostics and continuous glucose monitoring (CGM) data to identify inflammatory drivers and guide periodontal and implant treatment decisions.\nUtilize advanced clinical technologies and adjunctive therapies to reduce relapse and improve measurable long-term outcomes.\n\nThis isn’t a lecture. It’s clinical decision-making reimagined. \nMs. Lora Hooper earned her BS in Dental Hygiene and EFDA certification from The Ohio State University in 1995. She is President of the Integrative Dental Medicine Scholar Society and a Preceptor of the Bale Doneen Method. She completed the SSRP peptide program\, focusing on disease reversal at the cellular level. Be aware – the garages come up quickly after you cross 9th Avenue and both have left lane entrances.
