SUMMARY:ASDA Beat Tooth Decay 5k
DESCRIPTION:The Colorado ASDA chapter is excited to announce the first annual Beat Tooth Decay 5k.  This event emphasizes the importance of both a healthy body and a healthy mouth. Colorado ASDA is a dental student-led organization that prioritizes advocacy and service through dentistry. We are proud to be teaming up with the Dental Lifeline Network as our charitable partner. The Dental Lifeline Network has treated over 12\,205 patients in the Denver area since 1985 and our goal is to ensure that the DLN remains a force for good within the community for the years to come. Come out\, have fun\, and help us beat Tooth Decay! \nThe race will be held at 9:00 am on April 21st\, 2018 at Sloan’s Lake Park in Denver.  All participants signed up BEFORE April 1st will receive an official race T-shirt. The event will be chip timed and runners\, joggers\, and walkers are welcome! Dental hygiene goodie bags will be provided to participants. Unfortunately\, no dogs will be allowed in the run. Packet pickup will be race day starting at 7 am on site and Friday\, April 20th at the Anschutz Medical Campus (more details to be released soon). Please contact beattoothdecay5k@coloradoasda.org with any questions!
