INNOVATION 360: A Game-Changer in Dental Continuing Education

By: Dr. Jack Nguyen
The dental industry is evolving faster than ever, and staying ahead of the curve requires more than just traditional training. That’s why Innovation360, a groundbreaking dental continuing education (CE) course, brought together over 200 forward-thinking dental professionals eager to explore the latest industry innovations. The event, held at the Rocky Mountain Dental Convention (RMDC), was an interactive experience designed to energize, educate and engage.
With several companies showcasing their cutting-edge products, Innovation360 created an atmosphere of discovery and excitement. Attendees participated by firing questions, winning prizes, and left feeling empowered with new ideas and products that encourage transformation in their practices.
A PACKED HOUSE OF ENTHUSIASTIC DENTAL PROFESSIONALS
From the moment the doors opened, Innovation360 buzzed with energy. Dentists, hygienists, dental assistants, and office staff filled the room, eager to dive into a packed 90-minute course with learning and entertainment. The meticulously designed experience blended education with personal interaction, ensuring attendees could truly grasp how these new products and technologies could elevate their practice.
SEVEN COMPANIES, SEVEN INNOVATIONS, ONE UNFORGETTABLE EXPERIENCE
The true heart of Innovation360 was the incredible lineup of companies that brought their latest advancements to the stage. From AI technology to sustainable products, each company showcased something that pushed the boundaries to redefine modern dentistry.
Team Dentistry
Team Dentistry introduced a software platform to revolutionize the referral process. As easy as handing out business cards, their referral management system provides concierge referral communication between patients, dentists and specialists. Gone are the days of tracking referrals manually.
Implant Direct
Implant Direct continues to offer practical options through their Full Arch Implant Workflow. DirectScan™, is an easy-to-use kit that provides titanium scan bodies to integrate into your digital impression system. DirectScan™ supports almost any intra-oral scanner on the market. Providers now have a digital option for efficient restorative implant workflows.
Lane Health
Next up was Lane Health. Increasing financial options for patients couldn’t be easier. The audience was quick to understand the benefits when patients have access to $10,000 through 12- months of financing without any credit check. Lane Health reduces financial red tape by increasing access to care for patients while increasing case acceptance for providers.
Overjet AI
Overjet AI unveiled their AI smart imaging software. With the ability to detect and analyze digital radiographs with precision, this technology had the audience buzzing. The room was awestruck by the advanced capabilities in disease detection, patient education and payer integration. Dental AI is here!
LassoMD
LassoMD introduced PatientLoop, an AI-powered patient management solution. Attendees were intrigued by how the system could reduce inefficiencies for the front office through automation. Patient scheduling, communication, marketing and leads, can all be managed through PatientLoop’s simple online interface. Imagine scrolling all your patient reviews on one screen instead of juggling several review outlets.
Cocolab
Sustainability is a growing focus in dentistry, and Cocolab showcased their eco-friendly, disposable electric toothbrush head. The Cocobrush is made of 96% post-consumer recycled materials while achieving 60% more cleaning efficacy over manual toothbrushes. Best of all, they fit most commercially available electric toothbrush systems.
IOTech International
Closing out the lineup was IOTech International’s oral mouthwash, IoRinse™, powered by molecular iodine. The inventor, Dr. Moskowitz, presented clinically-backed studies on the efficacy of molecular iodine. IoRinse serves as an alcohol-free, chlorhexidine-alternative antiseptic rinse that’s effective in killing both bacteria and viruses.
A Fully Engaged Audience with Interactive Q&As and Prize Giveaways
Beyond the exceptional presentations, what truly set Innovation 360 a part was its dynamic audience. Throughout the course, attendees actively participated, sharing their experiences, asking insightful questions and challenging the presenters to dive deeper into their innovations. Adding to the excitement were the prize giveaways. Every participant who engaged in the Q&As were eager to win packed swag bags. The energy in the room soared as winners were announced, with cheers and applause echoing throughout the venue.
More Than Just a CE course. A Community of Innovators.
As the event wrapped up, it was clear that Innovation360 had left a lasting impact. Attendees walked away not only with valuable CE credits but with a toolbox of new options for advancing their offices. Many stayed long after the final presentation, connecting with company leaders, networking with colleagues and even scheduling follow-ups to bring these innovations into their practices.
Innovation 360 proved that continuing education doesn’t have to be passive. By blending cutting-edge technology, interactive discussions and an engaged community, it sets a new standard for dental CE courses. And if this year’s event was any indication, next year’s Innovation360 will be even bigger, bolder and more transformative. If you missed it this year, make sure to mark your calendars because the future of dentistry is happening now, and you won’t want to be left behind.
