You’ve spent your whole life and career taking care of everyone else, now it’s time to take care of yourself.

The Metro Denver Dental Society (MDDS) and Dr. Laura Brenner of Lolabees Career Coaching are teaming up to start a dialogue and create a support system to help you re-discover the purpose and passion that drew you to dentistry. The Empowered Dentist is a 6-month professional development group for self-care and career longevity carefully designed for mid-career dentists (+6 years out of dental school). This is a benefit for MDDS members and will be limited to 15 participants to ensure an intimate and productive atmosphere. Lean-in and explore topics like:

  • Reconnecting with your dreams and goals for your life
  • Rediscovering what drew you to dentistry in the first place
  • Finding more balance and joy in your life
  • Finding the purpose and meaning that seems to be missing from your life
  • Understanding burnout and how to beat it
  • Recognizing where and how you are neglecting your own needs and wants and learning to prioritize yourself
  • And more!

Take control of your career and make sustainable changes with long-lasting impacts to your life! The next course kicks off in Winter 2022.
