That’s the focus of the Energy Leadership Group, a four-month program, facilitated by Dr. Laura Brenner, designed to help dentists better understand how their mindset and stress responses shape their daily experience.

Month 1: Energy Leadership Index (ELI) Assessment Debrief
Understand your ELI results and gain a clear picture of your leadership baseline.

Month 2- 4: Practice + Real-Life Application
Bring real-life situations to the table. We’ll identify stress triggers, challenge limiting beliefs, and workshop new, intentional ways to lead with clarity.

The next session will begin in August 2026. Meet-ups are typically held at the MDDS office from 6:30pm – 8:00pm on the second Wednesday of each month.

Dr. Laura Brenner worked in private practice in Denver for 10 years until she left clinical dentistry behind for good.
