Complete the registration form on the link below by Friday, July 25 to ensure you and/or your practice are included!

The 2025 Shred Event Drop-off Day is Saturday, September 27 from 9:00am – 12:00pm at Peebles Prosthetics, located at 909 Wadsworth Blvd, Lakewood, CO 80214. One “banker-sized” box (approx. 10″H x 12″W x 15″D) is just $8 to shred. Larger boxes are $13. Pay on-site by credit card, cash or check (payable to MDDS).
