LOGIN Instructions
MDDS uses a dual login system which can understandably be confusing. Please pay careful attention to the two options below.
ADA Member Dentist Login
Dentists with an active ADA/MDDS membership will use the ADA Member Login button immediately below (which only shows if you are not already logged in). This will log you in via the new ADA portal and then redirect you back here.
IMPORTANT NOTE: ADA Members do not use the Login form or ‘Lost your password’ link that may show further down this page.
Nonmember Login
Brokers or others who are not ADA/MDDS members will use the LOGIN section further down this page (which only shows if you are not already logged in).
