November 6 @ 12:00 pm - 1:00 pm

WEBINAR: Workplace Civility
Presented by Mr. David Bashford
The second most common claim that employment lawyers see from unhappy employees is a hostile workplace. What exactly is a hostile workplace? Despite everyone always assuring their law team they do not discriminate, intimidate, or harass employees or each other, why do valid claims for exactly that keep coming up? This webinar will look at the foibles , intended and unintended, that make for a hostile environment and how to maintain a strong and positive culture. We will explore what to do and what not to do if an employee alleges a lack of civility.
Objectives
- Understand what constitutes a hostile workplace and the factors that lead to valid claims.
- Learn strategies to foster a culture of respect and positivity to prevent workplace hostility.
- Gain actionable insights on responding effectively to employee allegations of incivility while protecting your practice.
