HANDS-ON Data to Decisions: Saliva & Glucose-Guided Treatment Planning

Most clinicians can read a saliva report, but far fewer know how to integrate that data with metabolic glucose insight to guide treatment decisions.
This immersive, participatory course bridges the gap between information and implementation. You will experience how saliva diagnostics and continuous glucose monitoring (CGM) work together to uncover inflammatory drivers, reduce relapse and protect long-term outcomes. You also will learn when to deploy antimicrobials versus probiotics, how to match technologies and products to specific risk profiles, and when to retest for measurable success.
Participants will receive a saliva test, a glucose monitor, and hands-on exposure to a variety of treatment protocols.

Ms. Lora Hooper earned her BS in Dental Hygiene and EFDA certification from The Ohio State University in 1995. She is President of the Integrative Dental Medicine Scholar Society and a Preceptor of the Bale Doneen Method. She completed the SSRP peptide program, focusing on disease reversal at the cellular level. She currently collaborates with MDs to integrate oral-systemic considerations into comprehensive treatment planning, including cardiac and metabolic care.

MWDI Parking Information
For your convenience, we have free parking in two retail garages within the Beauvallon building (east-facing side). Both garages are accessed from Lincoln Street between 9th and 10th Avenues. Parking in these garages is available on a first-come, first-served basis. **If you are attending a large course/event at the MWDI, we recommend arriving early in case the garages fill and alternative parking must be secured. Be aware – the garages come up quickly after you cross 9th Avenue and both have left lane entrances. All numbered spaces within both retail parking garages (without “Reserved” signs) are available on a first-come, first-served basis. Do not park in any spaces with a sign “KCNC.” Do not park in the residential parking. Residential garages are at the back of the retail garages. The north and south garages are not connected.
